Pastor, Theologian, Scholar, and Mentor, Dr. Richard T. Ware dedicated his life to serving God by enriching the minds of individuals that desired to surrender to Kingdom work.  It is that passion and desire that drives this ministry.  EPISF believes that in order to perform Kindgom work, one must prepare for Kindgom work.  Dr. R.T. Ware would often be heard saying to students that questioned the educational requirements that ministry requires; "And further, by these, my son, be admonished: of making many books there is no end; and much study is a weariness of the flesh." Ecclesiastes 12:12 KJV

In conjunction with Baptist Training Centre for Pastor (BTCP) and Southern Baptist of Texas Convention (SBTC), EPISF offers two programs designed to equip layleaders of the local church to serve as potential Pastors and Church Leaders.  These programs highlight basic knowledge of the Pastoral Ministry and Church Leadership while serving as a leader within the church.

If you would like more information about these programs or any other specialized training for your church.  Contact EPISF through the email link provided.
Students that have a desire to continue their educational endeavors with Louisianan Baptist University (LBU) will receive 3 credits per course totaling 30 credits (Pastoral Program) and 24 credits (Church Leadership Program) that can be transferred toward a Ministerial Degree.  Students will need to indicate their desire prior to the first day of the first course and must complete the enrolled program before credit can be administered. If student does not complete their respected program, regular credit (see above) will be applied.
***Failure to complete a program is determined when a student drops a course or does not enrolled throughout the completion of their respected program.  A student may appeal (in writing) if it is determined that said student will not received maximum credit/s for his/her program.***
